Carlos Ávila and Dr. Sempertegui
Dr. Carlos Evila is a biochimist and a chemist. He is responsable for the “Trinidad” Analysis Laboratory, Trinidad, Beni, Bolivia. Dr. Ruben Dario Aukel Mendez – Spring 2008, Trinidad, Beni, Bolivia
In Bolivia, in the Béni province, took place a qualitative analysis of patients drinking Vilac Plus between April and June 2008. The study of 65 persons of which 10 under 18 years old, suffering from various pathologies. It consisted in clinical and laboratory analysis.

He set a team together and they started the study with the analysis laboratory.
He gave Vilac Plus to the patients. Rapidly from the second week, they got the first visible results: rhumatic fever, cancers with anemias, denutrition, astenic. There retreive strenght and their anemia decreased. They returned to their families. Their recovery was really amazing, obvious in these 5 specific cases.
Diabetic cases were surprising too. Especialy those that use medication tablets. These daily tablets help with regularizing glycemia. A few of them could even stop taking tablets all together. Others lowered the daily dose. They could stabilize glycemia, but the most surprising results are with the complications related to this disease, such as ophtalmologic problems, nephropaty, chronical renal failure, which improved in a most remarquable way.

Dr. Wichit Kirdpon Ph.D. is the Director of Medical Physics Post Graduate Program at the Radiology Department of the Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, Thailand.
She also co-founded the University, which is now one of the 3 most important universities in Thailand.
She worked with the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency), and she is IMMP Deputy Director & Manager, Asia Pacific Center of Excellence in Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering (IMMP).
