This drink is the result of an interdisciplinary approach to living organisms, which allows it to be enriched with lactic bacteria metabolites and DNA, dietary bioactive compounds, polyphenol metabolites, phytosterols, antioxidants, digestive enzymes and dextrorotatory lactic acids.
Our process of agroecological plant lactic fermentations is unique in the world and uses probiotic bacteria such as Lactobacillus plantarum spp. and Lactobacillus casei spp.
